Paid design and development work is governed by the project-specific agreement, proposal or scope accepted for that project.

Your project agreement may cover matters including:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Project timing and client responsibilities
• Payment terms and invoicing
• Revisions and changes to scope
• Third-party services and costs
• Intellectual property and portfolio use
• Launch, support and cancellation

If there is any inconsistency between these website terms and a signed or otherwise accepted project agreement, the project agreement will apply to that project.

Any prices shown on this website are intended to give prospective clients a clear indication of our pricing and may be subject to the scope and requirements of a particular project.

The final price and payment schedule for a project will be confirmed before work begins.

Client payments are not currently processed directly through this website. Payments are made separately using invoices issued by Slump Studio.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website — including its design, layout, copy, graphics, branding, logos, code and other original material — is owned by or licensed to Slump Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
