Make the next step feel obvious.
We redesign websites around the people using them—making it easier to enquire, request a quote or apply.

Website redesign
Customer journey · Quote form · Mobile experience
The challenge
Turn interest into
a useful enquiry.
Kristian told us his old website wasn’t generating online quote requests. Customers would call instead, leaving him to gather the project information over the phone.
We rebuilt the journey around what a homeowner needs: understand the services, see the work and request a quote. The new form brings contact details, the property address, job information and photos together.
Genuine quote requests
by the following day.
The site launched late on Wednesday 23 September 2026. By Thursday, four prospective customers had sent real quote requests, including photos and requests for on-site visits.
Phone enquiries continued, with online requests arriving daily after launch.
Early results through 30 September 2026. Enquiries verified by Slump Studio; quote requests, not completed jobs.

The job details.
Already in his inbox.
Customers can share their plans without a phone call. Kristian can review the details in his own time and arrange an on-site visit, with less information to collect before quoting.
- Clear routes to request a quote or call.
- Contact, address and job details in organised sections.
- Photos to help explain the work required.
- A mobile layout designed for completing the enquiry.

The Staffing People.
Website redesign
Application journey · Embedded forms · Automation
One application page.
A more connected process.
Previously, candidates moved between separate windows and systems to complete their application. We brought the application steps into one embedded experience on The Staffing People’s website.
The existing tools remain connected behind the scenes. Candidates get one place to apply, while information moves into the team’s scheduling software automatically.

Terms and company policies
Applicants review and accept the initial terms and policies.
Candidate information
Details, supporting documents and right-to-work information are collected for the scheduling system.
Reference details
Candidates provide referee information as a separate step in the same application journey.
Handbook and agreement
The journey brings together acceptance of the worker handbook and worker agreement.
Behind the scenes
Less manual passing
of information.
Reference requests are sent automatically to the supplied referees.
Candidate information is passed to the scheduling app through an API integration.
Automated communication supports the applicant’s next steps.

A fresh site?
An outdated look is one reason to review your site. A confusing journey, difficult mobile form or awkward editing process can matter just as much. We start with the problem.
A focused refresh.
Your site’s structure and platform still suit the business, but a few areas need attention: clearer copy, updated images, a better enquiry form or a more obvious call to action.

Your services have changed, visitors struggle to find the next step, or the site can’t support the forms, integrations and content your business now needs.

Project Scope
Design and development work together. We agree the pages, content and functionality up front, so you know what the finished website needs to do.
Plan the journey
We map what visitors need to know and do, from choosing a service to sending an enquiry or application.
Shape the content
Copy and content support help explain your offer clearly. We identify useful existing content to build on.
Design for every screen
Layouts, navigation and interactions are considered across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Connect the next step
From enquiry forms to advanced workflows, functionality is matched to the package and agreed scope.
Set up the foundations
Core SEO setup, domain connection, initial DNS configuration and analytics are included in every package.
Scope the transition
We agree the migration, changed URLs, testing and handover needs before work begins, including any additional requirements.

From current site to next chapter
Our Process
You don’t need a finished brief. Your current website, a sense of what isn’t working and the goals for your business are enough to start.
Review
We look at the current website, what’s working and what needs to change. Share the URL, your priorities and any existing analytics.
Plan & design
We agree the scope, organise the pages and develop the visual direction around the journeys that matter.
Build & connect
We build the responsive website and agreed forms or integrations, with opportunities for feedback as it develops.
Test & launch
We test key journeys, review the transition and agree the launch and handover arrangements with you.
Timing is indicative. Page count, integrations, content readiness and feedback affect the schedule. More involved custom projects may take longer; we agree a realistic timeline before starting.
Before you make a change
Frequently Asked Questions
Your website may already support customers, enquiries and day-to-day work. The redesign should account for that.
Ask us about your websiteCan we keep our domain and business email?
In most cases, yes. A redesign doesn’t require a new domain. We review the current website and email setup before changing DNS, with the aim of keeping existing email services connected.
Will our current website stay live during the redesign?
We plan the build separately from your live site wherever the platform allows, then agree the switch-over. Any expected downtime or platform limitations are discussed before launch.
What happens to our existing Google rankings?
We review useful content and existing URLs, and plan redirects for addresses that change. Search metadata and internal links are part of the transition. Rankings can fluctuate after a redesign; no position can be guaranteed.
Can you reuse our copy, logo and photographs?
Yes. We can build on assets you own or have permission to use. Copy and content support are included; we agree which materials are being reused, updated or created as part of the scope.
Can you connect our booking, application or enquiry tools?
We can assess your existing tools and how they connect. Basic and standard integrations depend on the package; advanced workflows and API connections are scoped individually. Third-party subscription fees remain separate.
Will we be able to update the website ourselves?
We agree what you need to edit before choosing the platform and build approach. Content editing, account access, guidance and ongoing support arrangements are clarified as part of the scope.
How will we know whether the redesign helped?
We agree the useful measures for your business, such as genuine quote requests, completed applications or bookings. Analytics setup is included. Where historic data is available, we can establish a baseline and compare results after launch without treating every change as an effect of design alone.
Do you only redesign websites for Perth businesses?
We’re based in Mosman Park and work with businesses across Perth, Australia and beyond. Kristian’s Painting is a local example; The Staffing People shows our work with a UK recruitment business.
What happens after we request a free audit?
We’ll review your public website and email a short PDF within one working day. It covers practical design, navigation, mobile and enquiry improvements. You can then choose a video call to talk it through. No login details or commitment to a redesign are needed.
