Launched on the evening of 23 September 2026. Four genuine quote requests received by 24 September, verified by Slump Studio from the submissions.
01 / The brief
Good work.A better way to show it.
Make the website reflect the quality of the painting, and make asking for a quote feel straightforward.
Kristian told us his previous website did not generate quote requests through its form. Customers called instead. The redesign needed to give people confidence in the business and a useful way to enquire online.
We rebuilt the website around the decisions a customer needs to make: what services are available, what the work looks like, whether their location is covered and how to request a quote.
The existing logo stayed. We redesigned the site, rewrote the copy, refreshed the imagery, created a landing-page background video and rebuilt the quote journey, alongside the site's SEO.
02 / The build
Built around the next enquiry.
A service-business website has practical work to do: explain the offer, establish trust and help the right customers get in touch.
A visual first impression
A background video created for the landing page makes the opening experience more visual and gives the business a stronger presence.
Copy with a clear purpose
All website copy was rewritten to explain the painting services, introduce the business and guide customers towards the next step.
A complete quote journey
The form brings contact details, location, job information and photo uploads together, giving Kristian useful context for the enquiry.
An experience for mobile
Navigation, service information and enquiry routes work together on smaller screens, including a direct option to call Kristian.
Work customers can see
Refreshed imagery and project presentation help visitors assess the finish and understand the kind of painting work the business takes on.
SEO for a Perth business
The SEO work included page titles and descriptions, service-area content, internal links and redirects from previous website addresses.

03 / The quote journey
Useful details.Before the first call.
Customers can describe the job and upload photos in their own time. Kristian can review the enquiry before arranging the next step.
A simple way to ask.
Share contact details, the property location, the type of painting work and photos. An online route sits alongside the option to call.
Context from the start.
Review the job information together and decide how to follow up. The form is designed to reduce the basic information that needs to be collected over the phone; an on-site visit may still be needed to quote.

05 / The early result
A new route.Real enquiries.
The website launched at around 7 pm on 23 September 2026. By the following day, Kristian had received four genuine online quote requests. Slump Studio reviewed the submissions, which included photos and requests for on-site quotes.
As of 30 September, online quote requests had continued daily, alongside customers still calling. The website now gives people another way to enquire, with useful job information supplied up front.
These are early enquiry results, not confirmed sales or a measured conversion-rate increase. No claim of SEO-driven growth is made from this initial period.
06 / For Perth service businesses
A website that supportsthe way you work.
The details differ between painters, trades and other service businesses. The customer still needs to understand the service, trust the work and know how to take the next step.
Make the service clear.
Help customers understand what you do and where you work before they make an enquiry.
Give people confidence.
Use relevant project imagery, clear business information and genuine reviews to support their decision.
Collect what you need.
Shape the enquiry form around the information your business needs to assess a job and respond.
